380 computer beam saw adopts an enhanced PC control system and comes equipped with optimized typesetting software and a label printer, offering intelligent and efficient operation. The main saw is driven by an independent 22kw motor, while the scoring saw uses a separate 2.2kw motor. A pneumatic quick-change blade locking system ensures powerful and stable cutting performance. The entire machine features a heavy-duty structure that has undergone multiple annealing treatments, ensuring long-term durability and resistance to deformation.
1. The panel saw adopts a screw-driven lifting platform to convey plates 10mm and above, and supports front and rear feeding.
2. High-strength integral pressure beam, high strength, perfectly presses the plate to ensure the stability of the sawn plate.
3. It is controled by integrated touch screen industrial computer control, easy to operate.
4. Steel ball air flotation loading platform, easy and convenient loading.
5. With pneumatic double-sided alignment, panels can be positioned independently during saw carriage operation without reducing cutting efficiency.
