Description

• Hydraulic cold press is used to cold press and bond furniture panels, as well as to level and shape them. For wooden doors and various panels, it has good pressing quality, fast speed and high efficiency, and is widely used in furniture manufacturers, door manufacturers, decorative panels and other panel production industries. The cold press machine has low working noise, fast lifting speed, stable and strong pressure, and low maintenance rate.

Features

1.The electrical control system provides overload, short circuit, loss of voltage and under voltage protection for the equipment. The rated voltage is AC380V and the voltage range is 380V±10%, 50HZ.
2. It adopts the hydraulic system to work, with fast lifting speed, uniform pressure and high efficiency.
3. The hydraulic cold press is equipped with an emergency stop button switch, which is safe and efficient.
4.It is operated by pressing from top to bottom and buttons, and the upper and lower working tables are finely processed by large milling machines.
5. It adopts timing control, and the time can be set according to the production process. The pressing plate will automatically rise when the time comes, which is convenient and trouble-free.
