Description
This is the most classic and also the entry-level ATC nesting CNC machine for CNC cabinets and furniture making. It can complete all woodworking processes with fast speed and excellent precision, including cutting, engraving, milling, pocketing, vertical drilling, etc. The CNC nesting machine is equipped with a large-power automatic tool change spindle and a linear tool magazine, realizing both manufacturers of custom cabinets and wardrobes and engraving of door panels.
Features
1. The 12-tool linear automatic tool magazine reduces the tool changing time and improves work efficiency.
2. Its new-type heavy-duty machine structure ensures strong loading capacity and stable operation.
3. Optional LNC or SYNTEC control system has strong compatibility and is easy to operate and control. It is also equipped with a handwheel to facilitate the control of movement for the CNC router.
4. The whole vacuum table is divided into 7 zones with each zone controlled by a control valve. The strong adsorption force prevents sliding or moving of the wooden panel during operation.
5. Automatic feeding devices and auxiliary feeding rollers make it more convenient to load wooden boards and reduce human labor.
