The IRB 4400 is a 6-axis industrial robot, designed specifically for manufacturing industries that use flexible robot-based automation. The robot has built-in process ware, an open structure that is specially adapted for flexible use, and can communicate extensively with external systems.

Features

1. The robot is equipped with an IRC5 controller and the robot control software RobotWare. RobotWare supports all aspects of the robot system, such as motion control, development and execution of application programs, communication, etc.
2.  Fast speed and high flexibility. This robot can move quickly within the working range to achieve high-quality cutting.
3. The Foundry PUus 2version is IP67 rated and can be washed with high pessure steamn, suitable for use in harsh environments.
4. Robust structure and high reliability. The use of torque struts onaxes 2 and maintenance-free gearboxes and cables contribute to high reliability. The transmission can provide high torque with minimum power consumption, achieving economical operation.
